Effects of deoxidizers with different models on sunflower seeds

                        INHIBITNG OF DEOXIDANT TO OXIDATIVE RANCIDITY OF STIR-FIRED SUNFLOWER SEED  

Packing with material of low venting quality and adding deoxidant were applied to inhibit rancidification of stir-fired sunflower seed during storage. The vacuum package and deoxidant model 100 package with material of low venting quality can constrain the accelerating speed of peroxide values TBA value and carbonyl group values, and delay rancidification obviously. Compared with the control the linoleic acid of sunflower seed vacuum packaged with CPP/AL/PET/BOPA material and adding deoxident model 100 increased by 7.36% and shelf-life at 20 Celsus degree condition was prolonged 124d.
